Clean. Had booked a room with a window but was given a sky light! Comfy mattress, decent TV,  handy AC. My only issue was the bathroom. There was a gap above the door that meant steam from the shower could get into the main room, was worried about setting alarm off.. Very helpful staff

Clean. Everything is brand new, and a comfy bed. Compact Bathroom. A tad noisy with room above and to the sides. Poor wifi and phone siginal. Perfect location for Tube and Elizabeth Line

Friendly staff, brilliant location in hotel as end of hallway so nobody passing. Room was clean on first impression but small details like the shower tray, corners of bathroom dirty. TV needs retuning as very small list of channels to view. Due to location, my "Clean Room sign was not seen even with it sticking out to be easy seen.

Spotless. No sound from other rooms or outside, which was really good as a impressive view of the railway! Bathroom was clean. Perfect location for the tube Friendly staff! The AC was perfect in this weather. Only negative, i didnt not trust the lifts as they made some noises that worried me!

Van was clean. Brilliant location. Poor start with late check in, no key available when we arrived had to wait over hour

Clean,  Brilliant View from window. Loved the 2 Kit Kats. Staff friendly on check-in. Handy Lidl close by!  Close to Train Station and Bus Stop for buses to Drayton Manor

Room clean but a few bits of dust in places,  cobwebs on bed side lights. No hot water in sink no mater how long it ran for. Limited amount of channel on TV. Soft clean Bed

Clean, comfy bed, polite staff, Bathroom clean. Room was backing on to the DLR and a industrial estate, no issue with the DLR trains but the industrial estate was loud. Not a short walk to DLR stations like describe on website,

Clean, comfy bed, polite staff, Bathroom clean. Surprisingly good phone signal considering was in the basement. Only odd noise was the rubble of a tube train. Shower door needs rethinking as very tight

Poor cleaning standards. Had to move the sofa-bed out as lost TV remote and it was filthy! Toaster was dirty, crumbs under the table when arrived.  Location was advertised as parking next to van but on arrival this was not the case. TV did not work very well. Mattresses soft, bedding was clean.

Staff very friendly, the park itself was very well maintained and clean. Arcade was good.

Very Very Clean, Bed was clean and good mattress. TV had good choice of channels. Bathroom was clean with plenty of soap, toilet paper etc. Staff very helpful to the point i contacted head office to praise them. Reason for the 3 star is location. The hotel was full so couldn't move, i don't like a ground floor room with a room onto the main road as i worry about security and not able to open the window because of it
