Helpful staff on reception for check-in. Room had a brilliant view of the seafront. The room was clean on first impression but had not been hoovered. Bathroom was clean. My only issue, had put the sign out for the room to be serviced but it was ignored on both occasions even after i went down to reception to question it.

Check-in was easy with friendly staff. Very close to tube station. Room was clean. TV was in good position, I think the fan needs to be replaced as wasn't making much difference in the room temperature. The bathroom was clean.

Friendly staff, brilliant location in hotel as end of hallway so nobody passing. Room was clean on first impression but small details like the shower tray, corners of bathroom dirty. TV needs retuning as very small list of channels to view. Due to location, my "Clean Room sign was not seen even with it sticking out to be easy seen.

Clean,  Brilliant View from window. Loved the 2 Kit Kats. Staff friendly on check-in. Handy Lidl close by!  Close to Train Station and Bus Stop for buses to Drayton Manor

Clean, comfy bed, polite staff, Bathroom clean. Room was backing on to the DLR and a industrial estate, no issue with the DLR trains but the industrial estate was loud. Not a short walk to DLR stations like describe on website,

Clean, comfy bed, polite staff, Bathroom clean. No actual window, just a sky light that had no blind so let light in early on. Very poor phone signal and WIFI signal. Plug didnt work on one side of the bed, both main plug and USB. Being on the corner of the corridor, very noisy.

Very Very Clean, Bed was clean and good mattress. TV had good choice of channels. Bathroom was clean with plenty of soap, toilet paper etc. Staff very helpful to the point i contacted head office to praise them. Reason for the 3 star is location. The hotel was full so couldn't move, i don't like a ground floor room with a room onto the main road as i worry about security and not able to open the window because of it
